Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can also place your order as a guest. However, creating an account has some advantages:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. We also accept payments via PayPal.
Where do you ship from?
Currently, we only ship to Europe, excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Pieces listed in the "available pieces" section will be delivered to you within 24 to 48 business hours. If you choose a piece made specifically for you, with the design, phrase, and color you decide, we process orders in the order they are received, but our intention is for you to receive them within a maximum of 14 days.
Ceramics are like life itself... They teach us patience, and even if we put our best intentions into it, sometimes pieces come out of the kiln broken and we have to repeat them, which lengthens the process a bit. We don't ship the piece until it comes out exactly as you deserve to receive it =). Once we ship it, it will arrive to you in about 24-48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping within Europe.
Additionally, you will be able to track your shipment once it leaves our workshop.
What do I do if the piece arrives broken?
It's not very common, we pack orders very carefully to minimize risk, however, as there are many intermediaries until they reach you, it's possible that one of them is having a bad day and bumps the box without being aware of the work inside. In this case, we will only need you to send us photos of the packaged product and the broken piece by email or WhatsApp so we can claim it from the transport company, and rest assured that we will get to work making you a new piece so you receive it as soon as possible.
